DISCOTEXAS NEW SIGNINGS AND UPCOMING RELEASES + FREE TRACK

In the past months Discotexas have been signing and preparing new releases for the rentree.
On the first week of September we’ll have Kamp!, an electro-pop band from Poland delivering their new single “Cairo”, something closer to the perfect Summer pop song. This track will be released alongside remixes by JBAG, Moullinex and Social Disco Club, that will take it to the dance floor in no time.
Following we’ll have “It Is Like That”, the debut single of Australia’s next big thing: Philosophy of Sound. First of a number of planned releases, the single will host an Ilya Santana remix to top the original and instrumental versions.
Zimmer, our wonderkid from Paris, will release his debut his debut EP “Horizontal Disco” when October starts, following the huge success of his debut track “Cruisin’”. Expect a number of great remixes by Moullinex, Mustang, Mirror People and more!
Late October we’ll drop Mirror People’s new 12”: “Feel The Need”, a disco-house bomb featuring Rowetta (of Happy Mondays fame) on vocals and remix duties held to Munk, Social Disco Club, Moullinex and Severino (Horse Meat Disco).
2011 will not end before we release the second EP by Douze on Discotexas, the debut tracks of Jay Lamar & Jesse Oliver, a new production team from Finland, and volume two of our own “Forbidden Cuts” 12” series.

Last, but certainly not least, be on the watch for the second part of “Professional Show Business” by Publicist (of Trans Am fame). It will be out next week (August 5) right on time to support some european festival dates that Publicist will play in France and Belgium. This new release will feature two original songs plus edits by Justin Faust and MODE and a remix by SaiR, the winner of the remix contest we held.
